Introducing daily planning into your morning and evening routine is an easy and productive step to create more balance and clarity into your life.
I've found that daily planning has allowed me to schedule my time effectively so that I can spend more time working on my priorities and less time on everything else that won't help me achieve my goals. Planning in a journal has helped me to avoid the distraction and overwhelm I can sometimes feel with a long to-do list, and it has also helped me take tangible steps required.
Only 3% of adults have written down goals, and speaking personally, having them written down in a structured manner provided by a planning journal has helped me stay focused on them. I've found writing my goals down feels like programming my subconscious mind and activating mental powers that attract people and circumstances into my life that are consistent with the attainment of my goals.
The Paper Project Journal was the solution I found that best suited my needs, and it is my go to when I need to ground myself and remember what's important.
Plus it's reasonably priced! You can check them out here.
